 The Clowns`Day 2007 |
|
On May 26, 2007, Trenčín became a “Shoe City”. The primary theme of this year`s, already the second, beneficiary event THE CLOWNS`DAY was “the clowns`shoes”. Therefore clowns, shoes, footwear, or feet were in the background of everything that happened on the Trencin square. During a 4-hour program that took place on two stages, seven theatre groups performed their crazy programs, the shoes were decorated, games were played and competitions were prepared for everybody.
The “Top of the milk”of the program was a new Slovak record – we were trying to get together the most clowns`shoes. The part of it was also a public collection – the clowns were collecting money, so that they could travel to visit children more often.
