Dr. Klaun

During the last but one Saturday in May, the Dr. Klaun was again able to drag into one place a number of people who wanted to enjoy themselves and help, too. The 4th beneficial event „The Clowns´day“ took place on May 23rd 2009. This time we dedicated the Clowns´day to clowns´ heads and things that could be worn on a head – hats, caps and other original head covers.

This is a small sample of various smashing inventions, which could be seen on the square. Some people came here already „armed“ with their own hats, other made them directly on the square.

Grown ups, children and even grannys just went crazy ....

Our studio, creating artificial bald heats, was one of the attractions – heads on pictures were made and painted directly on the square.

However, members of Unfairly Bald Club did not need any „haircut“ at all – those you can see on the last two pictures. Solely colors and glazing were enough here. Mrs. Maria Murarikova, a holder of a Gastronomic olympic medal from Erfur, did magics with them. As you can see, she made a really unusual head cover for us – a „living gingerbread man“ just to bite him!

There could be found surprises in every corner of the square – hat workshops, bald heats painting, a manufacture of army hats in Recruiting center, football world with AS Trencin, clowns´bank .... children had to keep on moving so that they could see and visit everything before the record countdown ....

And we made it at 12.30 pm. We drew 556 people with unusual covers of their heads into one place. Look, how colourful the square was.

It was a beautiful day. Thanks to all who came and enjoyed themselves. Thanks to those, who supported the Dr. Klaun Fund in the public fund rising. And thanks to more than 120 volunteers, who were helping us:
